Stars 'n Cars opened in 2009 having travelled from Walt Disney World's Hollywood Studios Park (Disney's Stars and Motor Cars Parade) with the Paris version presented as a parade with a show stop format. The cars are running from Animagique to Place des Stars and back.

New cars and characters were added up until 2011, where Stars 'n Cars was reduced to a parade only format.

Starting in 2014, the parade format was changed up again, where some of the cars would do half of the parade route and then meet guests at the showstop location at Place des Stars. Towards the very end, only the Meet & Greet format was kept.

In this Meet & Greet format, a great variation of regular and rare characters appeared at completely random and all varieties of outfits.

The cars can still seen from time to time when they are used for special occasions.
