The third and final race during the 2023 Wine and Dine Half Marathon Weekend was the half marathon itself. Those aged 14 and over were able to take part

This year racers were invited to pull up a chair at their family Madrigal table with an Encanto theme. Themed characters appeared on the run, at the Expo, before the race and on the medal. There were also many other Disney characters on the course and pre/post race.

Those who had already completed the 10k and signed up for the challenge could earn a Figment themed medal for completing the race.

This year's event included:

• Start and finish at Epcot
• Route through Epcot and Hollywood Studios
• Characters meeting before, after and during the race
• Photopass available on the course and at pre/post character meets

Important information about this race

• Some meets were Photopass only
• Race bibs had to be picked up at the Expo the day before the race
• Pre-race character meets closed prior to the start of the race
• Encanto characters had a significantly longer queue after the race than before (everyone wants that medal photo)
