In Tai Chi with Character, Donald Duck, Chip, and Dale show off their traditional tai chi outfits in the Gardens of Imagination at Shanghai Disneyland. Each character wears a custom tai chi outfit inspired by traditional Chinese martial arts attire. The designs are soft, flowing, and full of cultural details that complement tai chi movements — even if the characters themselves don’t always move so gracefully! Donald Duck dons a light blue traditional tai chi jacket with frog buttons, loose matching pants, and black cloth shoes. Chip and Dale wear coordinated tai chi suits in red and gold colors with playful accents that match their energetic personalities. These outfits were first seen when the park opened in 2016 and unique to Shanghai Disneyland.
