Want to know what happened in the magical world of Disney characters last month? Look no further: we’ve got you covered!
New characters in the Disney parks
With the opening of the magical World of Frozen at Disneyland Paris, we welcome a new cute character to this park: Mossie!
New outfits on the website
Mickey Mouse felt like celebrating Paris’ version of World of Frozen too and put on his Sunday clothes! You can now meet him in his Dapper outfit at Adventure Bay.
Over at Disneyland Resort, Sarah and John from Walt Disney’s Carousel of Progress met guests back in 2023. We’ve now added their beautiful mid-20th century outfits to the website.
Events in the parks last month
Of course, last month’s opening of World of Frozen was the biggest event in the Disney Parks around the world.
But there were other events too:
- Our favorite female characters met guests at Disneyland Paris for International Women’s Day.
- Disneyland celebrated the lovely Disney After Dark: 70 Years of Favorites!
New locations
Love roaming around the parks? Check out these lovely locations:
- The former Walt Disney Studios Park in Paris is now reimagined as Disney Adventure World! The new beautiful boulevard Adventure Way leads you to many immersive destinations. And at the heart of this park awaits Adventure Bay, a breathtaking lakeside hub!
- By the way, did we already mention this? For the first time in forever, guests of the Paris resort can now enter World of Frozen! Yes, we’re hyped about this new experience! Here you can also meet your favorite Disney princesses while dining at the Regal View Restaurant & Lounge.
Fun fact of the month!
At the new Regal View Restaurant & Lounge you can spot 9 handmade plates in the reception area representing the worlds of different Disney Princesses. These were made by Royal Delft Porceleyne Fles, the famous Delft Blue pottery factory in the Netherlands.
Walt Disney himself visited Royal Delft in 1951 with his wife Lilian, as she was a huge fan of the typical Delft Blue!
