While visitors can admire the beautiful Bay of Arendelle, much of the city remains hidden beyond these doors. On the other side live beloved friends like Oaken and Mossie, a friendly troll. But don’t worry, each day they make their way to the bay to meet guests and share stories about life in Arendelle.
And look: who is that stepping through the gate to surprise everyone? It’s Olaf! During exclusive meet-and-greet moments, everyone’s favorite snowman strolls by to chat, laugh, and show off his signature moves. His visits are never scheduled-after all, he prefers to avoid any risk of melting-but whenever he appears, he’s sure to bring a smile to your face.
