Captain America is wearing red gloves and red boots.
This original outfit was first seen in 2014 when Captain America joined Thor and Stark Industries at the Innoventions building (Tomorrowland, DLR). Later he moved to Hollywoodland at Disneyland California Adventure, where he met future agents of SHIELD in this outfit until 2018. In preparation to the opening of Avengers Campus, a new version of his outfit debuted on May 25th, 2018.
Flying over to Shanghai Disneyland, Captain America is currently still meeting agents in this outfit.
Cap A is joining in for the Marvel Days at Sea on the Disney Cruise Line in this outfit.
