Drum Major Mickey first appeared in December 2021 as part of the football event called "Disney on the Yard" and then appeared at varous sporting events such as Battle of the Bands.
In 2024 Drum Major Mickey was seen at the D23 Utlimate Fan Event at the Anaheim Covention Center marching with a band through the Expo.
