In Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy, a new version of Groot was born after his sacrifice, in the form of a sapling. He stayed a sensitive but mischievous baby for a long time, therefore called Baby Groot. He was a very funny baby. Although being in an infantile state of mind and still being very small, he was already able to aid his friends. He then grew up to become a rude and temperamental adolescent, with the typical attitude of a teenager. Despite this, he stayed loyal to his friends. Groot was eventually restored back to life and joined his superhero-friends again.
