Devon “DJ” Montgomery Johnston III is a member of the Delinquent Road Hazards in Disney Pixar’s Cars. He’s a blue Scion XB and intentionally causes danger on the highway with his friends. They played their games with Mack, causing Lightning McQueen to roll out of his trailer. DJ made the mistake to speed into Radiator Springs with his friends and ended up being arrested. When he’s not racing on the highway, DJ likes to visit Disney parks occasionally.
