Fear is one of the five emotions in Riley Andersen’s mind in Disney Pixar’s Inside Out. His job is basically to keep Riley safe and to protect her, although he’s a self-declared coward and is unsure of himself. He’s constantly on the lookout for potential risks and evaluates all possible dangers in Riley’s life. Fear cares very much about Riley’s wellbeing and is always concerned about the choices she makes. He is the voice of reason compared to her other emotions and tends to be sarcastic. When he’s not stressed out or scared, he likes to take some time off at a Disney park sometimes.
