Flunky
Background
Flunky is one of the lowest-ranked members of the Cogs in the online game Toontown Rewritten, the robot business suits trying to take over Toontown. He may not be the smartest Cog in the bunch, but he still follows orders and tries his best to keep Toons from having fun. Flunky is usually found shuffling around with paperwork, looking serious but never quite intimidating. His plain brown suit and dull demeanor make him easy to spot among the flashier Cog ranks. Even though he works for the Cogs, Flunky has been known to appear at Toon gatherings, showing that sometimes even the most boring Cog can enjoy a little silliness.

- Ask Flunky if he is on an important mission from his boss, he takes orders very seriously.
- Ask Flunky if he thinks Cogs will ever win in Toontown, it might get him to shake his head.
- Ask Flunky if he enjoys meeting Toons (like you?), even though he is supposed to stop their fun.

- Stand stiff with your arms by your side like you are part of the Cog workforce, Flunky will appreciate the professional look.
- Hold an imaginary stack of papers and look very busy, just like Flunky does all day.
