Captain Phoebus is a great soldier and a good man. He fell in love with Esmeralda the moment he saw her dance. In the mid to late 1990s he could be seen in various parades and shows but he is very busy in his realm as he took over the duties of Judge Claude Frollo. He sometimes shows up in Disneyland Paris with his beautiful Esmeralda and likes to sometimes visit the runners of the Princess Half Marathon in Florida with his fellow Disney Heros
