Background
TippyBlue the Seagull is a birdbrained postman for the Cape Cod Postal Service. He’s a good friend of Duffy the Disney Bear and he loves telling stories, especially about Duffy! TippyBlue is very busy as a postman and hasn’t gotten the time yet to meet with guests in Disney parks, but he does take the time to appear in Duffy’s show My Friend Duffy at Tokyo DisneySea.
