Welcome to Marceline, Missouri.. or at least how Walt Disney remembered it. Walt always looked back on the wonderful time he had as a child in Marceline. So when he invented Disneyland, a recreation of his childhood memories had to be included in the park.

Main Street U.S.A. takes us back to the America during the early 20th Century. It's the period where electricity gets introduced and horse cars are slowly being replaced by newer vehicles like buses.

Walt Disney saw his Disneyland as a movie that became real, and Main Street U.S.A. was its opening credit. Have a look at all the windows of this lively street. All the names that are written on it, are honoring the people who have worked on Disneyland.

On Main Street U.S.A. you easily can find amazing stuff to buy in all the different shops, or good things to eat in some of the best restaurants! But this area of the park is mostly known for all the amazing entertainment that makes this place alive from opening to closing time. Listen to the Dapper Dans, enjoy one or two parades that are passing by and end your day with some spectacular fireworks. You could easily spent the full day on Main Street!
