Walt Disney once said: "Disneyland will never be completed. It will continue to grow as long as there is imagination left in the world."

So after the park opened in 1955, Walt already was thinking about new adventures and places to enjoy in his magic kingdom. New Orleans Square was the first big new area that opened, and the last Walt would open himself.

Here we travel back to the time and place where Jazz was the big thing! In these small streets, you feel like you are part of this amazing city, celebrating Mardi Grass.

This area is the home of 2 of the most iconic Disney rides ever made: 'Pirates of the Caribbean' and 'The Haunted Mansion'. Here you can get chills by vivid pirates and deadly ghosts! But don't worry: you will make it back alive.

This area is also best known for its wonderful little shops and high-quality restaurants. It's no surprise that Tiana decided to be part of this atmosphere and build her own restaurant here for all to enjoy! She might even be walking around to meet all the guests! Be sure to say hello and ask her for a photo or an autograph.
