Goliath

Background

Goliath is the noble and intelligent leader of the Manhattan Clan in Disney’s television series Gargoyles. He is a tall and muscular gargoyle. His main goal in life is to protect his clan and to bring peace amongst the humans and gargoyles. Goliath is known to act as a father figure towards the younger gargoyles. He has a very kind and caring personality. Originally, he had trouble adapting to the modern world, but he quickly learned the new laws and technologies and wanted to prove to the humans that gargoyles respect their law and order. Goliath is rather serious and has a great deal of responsibility and pride, but also loyalty and affection for his clan. Goliath is very busy protecting his clan and his protectorate Manhattan and hasn’t been able to appear often in Disney parks around the world.
