Gopher is the only Character from the Hundred Acre Wood who did not appear in the original A.A. Milne Pooh stories and only within the Disney Universe. He has made ane brief appearance in a show at Disneyland Paris, "Winnie-the-Pooh and Friends Too" but has not been seen since. It is unknown if he will ever awake from hibernation and appear once more from his Gopher burrow in the ground. Gopher is a hard worker who likes to talk and can be heard whistling his S's. Always helping, Gopher is a good friend to Winnie the Pooh when warning him of wind on blustery days, which of course is usually on a Windsday.
