Lord M’Baku is the leader of the Jabari Tribe. They live in the mountains of Wakanda, far away from mainstream society. He’s a firm believer in traditions and was initially disgusted by Shuri’s technological advancements. At first an opponent of T’Challa, he later helps him defend Wakanda from the usurper Erik Killmonger. M’Baku has a strong army and a seat in the Tribal Council, which makes him one of the most powerful men in the country. He is always loyal in his service to Wakanda and puts the country’s interests first. M’Baku looks fearsome and ruthless, but he just has a great sense of honor and is a stern leader. More unexpectedly, he also has a good sense of humor and is quite open-minded.
