Maximus is a palace horse for the Royal Guard of the kingdom of Corona in Disney’s Tangled. He was originally owned by a captain of the guard but went on a quest to capture wanted criminal Flynn Rider. During this pursuit, he met Rapunzel, which made his heart soften. Maximus started to see the world differently and became one of the most loyal friends to Rapunzel and Flynn. His second love is apples. Being fearless and determined, Maximus now serves as dedicated commander of the Royal Guard. Maximus is most of the time too busy with his new job to appear in Disney parks.
