The tracksuit mafia is a crime group activ in New York City. Members of the group on the street are not the most clever and need constant instructions from the higher-ups. One of the higher-ups passing down orders is Wilson Fisk, known crime lord and businessman to the public. They are not very intelligent but will use any means necessary to follow orders.
