About
Ahead of the Grand Opening televised event on 11th April 1992 a series of Magical events were held for VIP's and Media Guests:
- The Inauguration Ceremony of the Disneyland Hotel
Fantasia Gardens comes alive as the EuroDisneyland Marching Band are joined by Victorian Dancers and Characters appearing from the windows of the hotel to officially dedicate the hotel sitting at the main entrance to EuroDisneyland
- The Disney Parade
After exploring the new park, VIP Guests and Media are invited to enjoy a special edition of the very first EuroDisneyland Parade as Guests exit ahead of the Gala night.
- Parade of Stars
The worlds stars and celebrities are welcomed in a special parade down Main Street USA, each celebrity is joined in a unique car by a Disney Character as the confetti falls on Main Street USA
