WDW - Norway Pavillion

Welcome to Norway!
When you enter World Showcase, you have the feeling that all pavilions opened in 1982, when EPCOT opened for the public, but that's not true!
The Norway Pavilion opened 6 years later in 1988 and provided one of the few rides in this part of the park: 'Maelstrom'. Here visitors explored the history and charm of Norway, by cruising through several scenes (forwards and backwards!) full with trolls, bears and Vikings and ending in the North Sea.
But the North Mountain called, and in 2016 Elsa, Anna, Olaf and all their friends made this ride their new home. Now you can celebrate with them the 'Official Summer Snow Day' in 'Frozen Ever After'.
But that's not all: you can now meet Elsa and Anna in their 'Royal Sommerhus'. Be sure to enjoy their royal visit and ask for their autographs or a photo!
Can't wait to meet more royal friends? Then make a reservation for the 'Akershus Royal Banquet Hall' where you can enjoy a delicious character dining with all your favorite Disney princesses!
Do you want to explore more of the Norway culture? Visit the exhibition at the 'Stave Church' or buy some exclusive merchandise in 'The Fjording'.
You see: there is a lot to do and to experience in this pavilion! Be sure to plan ahead and take your time! And say hi to Anna and Elsa for us ;)!
