DLP - Old MillDLP - Disneyland Paris

The Old Mill, also known as Les Pirouettes du Vieux Moulin was a small ride based on the Silly Symphony short 'The Old Mill' from 1937. It was a small ferris wheel based ride with buckets instead of real windmill wings, accompanied by a small snack stand. In fact: the snack stand was already there when the park opened and the ride was only added in 1993!

Les Pirouettes du Vieux Moulin opened on June 6, 1993 but lacked real popularity. It also had a low capacity (only 8 buckets on the wheel with max. 6 people in each bucket), so in 2000 the decision was made to close the ride. But don't worry: you're still able to get some delicious snacks and drinks in the nearby snackstand.

On special occasions Disney Characters like to roam around or have a special meet and greet ready for you! Say Hi if you see any of them.
