Admiral Boom is a retired member of England’s navy in Disney’s Mary Poppins. He lives nearby the Banks family and is friendly with the family. The boom has a ship on top of his house, from which he can look over most of the neighborhood, thus knowing what’s going on around him. He has the habit to fire a cannon twice a day, at 8 am and 6 pm, which causes a little earthquake every time in the neighborhood. Boom enjoys his retired life and doesn’t leave his neighborhood very often.
