Meet Ember, a young lady with a fiery and unextinguishable spirit. Ember's an employee in her parent's shop. The shop is a real mom-and-pop shop focusses on the specialties of the fire-people. Basically, all Ember knows is the culture of her own (fire) people. That is.. until Wade Ripple, a city inspector, explodes from the pipes and enters the shop. Wade starts writing citations and this really heats up Ember. You might think these elements don't mix, but Ember and Wade team up to fix not only the shop but also their cultural gap. And you know what, they even fall in love, which leads to a whole new - never seen before - dynamic.
