Francis the Ladybug is a grumpy ladybug in Pixar’s A Bug’s Life. He works as a drag queen in P.T. Flea’s circus and is fed up with constantly being mistaken for a girl. Francis is short-tempered and aggressive and can easily make others cry. Slim and Heimlich are his best friends and seemingly the only ones who are able to calm him down. When the circus troupe flies, he always carries Slim. Francis sometimes likes to visit a Disney park when he has time off from the circus.
