Slim is the stick insect in Pixar’s A Bug’s Life. He works as a clown in P.T. Flea’s circus troupe but gets cast constantly as a prop instead of a character and appears to be very unhappy with his position. Slim treats all the other bugs with a lot of respect. His best friends are Heimlich and Francis. He doesn’t have wings and thus can’t fly like most stick insects, so he always gets carried by Francis when the troupe travels. Slim loves to visit Disney parks in his free time.
