Mr Easter Bunny is a character that existed in our realm well before Walt Disney created his first movies. He’s been hiding chocolate eggs for generations and generations of children around the world. The reason he alway visits Disney Parks around Easter is that not only he's great friends with Mickey Mouse but he loves spending time with his fans. He does so especially in Florida and sometimes in California.
