Oogie Boogie is the shadow on the moon at night, filling your dreams with fright. Oogie has not been allowed in Disney Parks for the longest time, not only because he is a vile creature, but because he often loses a bug or ten and the cleaning crew filed complaints. In the recent years he has been seen during Halloween events at Walt Disney World and met guests in Hong Kong Disneyland and in special events.
