Hope van Dyne is Hank Pym and Janet van Dyne’s daughter. Her mother used to be a S.H.I.E.L.D. operative with the codename the Wasp, but she disappeared during a mission. Decades later, Pym offered a new upgraded version of the suit to his daughter. Hope accepted the suit, becoming the new Wasp. She teamed up with Scott Lang who had followed her father as the new Ant-Man. The Wasp is able to manipulate sizes, fly and have contact with insects. She also has superhuman strength, durability and speed, and enhanced reflexes. Her focus and intelligence make her a determined and brave superhero.
