Welcome to the historic opening day of Disney Adventure World on 29 March 2026, marking the official transformation of Walt Disney Studios Park into a bold new era of immersive storytelling. This landmark moment at Disneyland Paris brought together fans and guests for a special celebration filled with Characters, spectacle, and unforgettable first experiences.

The day began in Front Lot, where a select number of early guests gathered in anticipation beneath the iconic Earful Tower. As the sun rose over the park, Spider-Man appeared high above, perched atop the tower and overlooking the crowd. In a dramatic opening moment, he descended using his web before the tower revealed its new identity of “Disney Adventure World” and officially launching the park’s reimagined future.

As the gates opened to Adventure Way, guests were welcomed into the all new expansion area, offering the first glimpse of the new park area, including World of Frozen and the distant North Mountain. Confetti filled the air as Cast Members and Imagineers lined the promenade, creating an energetic and celebratory welcome into this newly unveiled land.

Throughout Adventure Way, guests were greeted by a wide range of Disney and Marvel Characters, turning the opening morning into a moving, interactive celebration. From Buzz Lightyear representing Toy Story Land, to Marvel heroes from Avengers Campus, and beloved icons like Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse, the entire park felt alive with Character encounters. Fans could also spot Rapunzel and Flynn Rider along Adventure Way, as well as Anna and Elsa welcoming guests onwards to the world of Frozen.

The opening day of Disney Adventure World delivered a vibrant, emotional, and highly anticipated debut which blended new lands, beloved Characters, and immersive experiences into one unforgettable celebration. For visitors and Disney fans alike, this marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter at Disneyland Paris.
