Barley Lightfoot is the large 19-year-old free-spirited elf who loves magic in Disney Pixar’s Onward. He immerses himself in the role-playing fantasy gameplay Quests of Yore and is very passionate about history. Barley lives in New Mushroomton and is known to fight for the preservation of historical landmarks. Other passions are hair metal music and his van, which he calls Guinevere. Unlike his brother Ian, he is loud, eccentric, overconfident, optimistic, and excitable. He is devoted to his brother and a quest to bring their father back brought them even closer together. Barley is slowly starting to go on adventures outside of New Mushroomton and can sometimes be spotted in Disney parks too.
