Bowler Hat Guy, also known as Michael Yagoobian, was a 12 year old orphan passionate about football, who’s destiny took a turn for the worst when he missed the winning catch of an important game. This made him grew up to be a true Disney Villain. He often appears during the Halloween season in the Boo To You Parade at the Magic Kingdom and sometimes even meets his fans at various special events.
