Bowler Hat Guy, also known as Michael Yagoobian, was a 12 year old orphan passionate about football, who’s destiny took a turn for the worst when he missed the winning catch of an important game. This made him grew up to be a true Disney Villain. He often appears during the Halloween season in the Boo To You Parade at the Magic Kingdom and sometimes even meets his fans at various special events. Look out for his hat who is know as DOR-15 and is his partner in crime.
