In Disney’s Frozen, the Duke of Weselton is the old dignitary from Arendelle’s neighboring kingdom Weselton. He’s pompous, pretentious and arrogant and determined to exploit Arendelle’s riches. After discovering queen Elsa’s magical powers, he was the first to call her a monster and even wanted to get her killed. Eventually, the Duke was sent back to Weselton with the proclamation that Arendelle would no longer do business with his kingdom. The Duke doesn’t appear much in Disney parks because Anna and Elsa rather see him stay in Weselton.
