Jack Sparrow is probably Disney’s most famous pirate! On top of that, he's also Disney’s biggest headache. His ego is only matched by his popularity. Since his story premiered in the 2003 blockbuster Pirates of the Caribbean, he has met guests in every Disney Parks worldwid, plus Disney Castaway Cay to which he sailed with the stolen Flying Dutchman. He is also trying to steal Disney Cruise Line’s ships on a regular basis. Since the first installment of Pirates he starred in multiple sequels. He also has his own parade float that is used for special events at Walt Disney World and in Disneyland Resort. He also joined the crew of the sailing ship Columbia to take part in Mickey’s Fantasmic Imagination.
