Background
The Mad Doctor is also known as Dr. XXX and shook the world in a 1933 Mickey Mouse short because he wanted to attach Pluto’s head to the body of a chicken. The doctor is insane and enjoys causing harm to others. He’s known for his murderous personality and deadly experiments. Because of his bad nature, the Mad Doctor only appears rarely in the Disney parks.
