Phil has been successfully training heros for ages but its 1997 when he trained Hercules that he entered disney fandom. He then went on tour with Herc and Meg across the US in an Disney on Ice production and was features in parades with them until the late 2000s when he started to take it slow although he still tries to show up for special events from time to time.
