In Disney’s The Lion King, Zazu is the steward of the Pride Lands. His goal is to assist the monarchy and maintain stability in the Pride Lands, he’s charged with upholding order within the kingdom. He served King Mufasa, taking his role as royal advisor very seriously, and took care of Simba. Zazu can be very uptight and is only rarely taken seriously due to his temper and size. He’s knowledgeable and diplomatic, but also known for his panic attacks when things go wrong. He can be seen in many forms often retelling the story of the Lion King and Pride Rock.
