This year the 3rd 10k run celebrated Disney Princesses with meets across the route for runners to enjoy, not as many meets on the course as previous 10k years and for the first time the introduction of some Characters up high waving at runners as they pass by.

Runners departed from the Events Arena start line making their way through the Disney Village and into Fantasia Gardens entering Disneyland Park under the railroad and down Main Street USA for the iconic run to the Castle. The course then took runners through the park on a search for the Princess meets before exiting backstage and entering the Walt Disney Studios and the finish line via Hollywood Boulevard into Production Courtyard. The VIP's were on hand in their Run Disney outfits on the stage in Production Couryard to welcome runners back before receiving their Princess Rapunzel themed medal.
