Percy is Governor Ratcliffe’s spoiled pug dog in Disney’s Pocahontas. He has several luxuries, like his own tub, and is cared for by Wiggins, Ratcliffe’s servant. Percy eventually meets Pocahontas and becomes friends with her, Meeko, and Flit. The once spoiled and pushy pug became a caring and loyal friend. Percy loves his new life as a member of the Powhatan tribe and hasn’t left Virginia ever since he arrived, not even to visit a Disney park!
