Sheriff of Nottingham is a classic Disney antagonist. He collects taxes for Prince John and uses that power on everything that has a wallet. He was even known to steal directly from the pockets of some guests visiting the Disney Parks and it's for this very reason that his appearances are getting more and more rare. He used to be in the Halloween parade at the Magic Kingdom, but now he's only allowed in the Disney Parks on special events when security is heightened.
