On many of the evenings on a Disney Cruise, some of the most famous Disney characters dress in themed attire. The theme usual has some connection to that's port, ports on the itinerary or a location near by.
On the Spain inspired days, characters like Mickey Mouse wear a traditionally themed Spanish outfit; Minnie Mouse wears a Flamenco dress and Goofy, Chip and Dale wear outfits inspired by the matador.
The characters usually meet around the atrium but always check the Navigator app to be certain about when they meet
