Hong Kong Disneyland has celebrated Chinese New Year every January and February since January 2006 (the Resort opened in September 2005).
Various outfits have been created throughout the years with some making appearances again and some only seen once.

Hong Kong Disneyland celebrates Chinese New Year with all new outfits for 2024 and the year of the dragon.
New outfits for 2024 were vibrant colours of purples, turquoise, red and yellow. For the first time Goody broke with tradion and wears a bucket hat with the other male Characters featuring the Guapi ma traditional male headgear made in the shape of a hemisphere and is divided into segments know as the watermelon.
The Characters would meet in Fantasy Gardens and around Town Square.

Hong Kong Disneyland celebrates Chinese New Year with an all new outfit for 2022, the year of the Tiger.
This new outfit for 2022 was made for Tigger featuring a gold warrior tunic with a Guapi ma, traditional male headgear made in the shape of a hemisphere and is divided into segments know as the watermelon.
Tigger first met at the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel and later joined her Disney Friends in the park around Town Square.

Hong Kong Disneyland celebrates Chinese New Year with an all new outfit for 2021, the year of the Ox.
This new outfit for 2021 was made for Clarabelle Cow in a fuchia pink blousse and red dress with tradional embroidery
Clarbelle first met at the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel and later joined her Disney Friends appearing with Goofy in the park around Town Square.

The Characters would meet in and around Town Square but have also appeared in Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel.
