March Hare
Background
The March Hare is a peculiar fella. He was spotted on tour with 'Disney on Parade' in the 1970s and in Disneyland Park in a few parades a long time ago but since 2013, he seems to be only leaving his cottage to visit his fans in Disneyland Paris on very rare occasions.
