The White Rabbit is late from the moment he was born. He lives a very stressful life, balancing his duties with the King and Queen and taking care of his cottage. His still visits our realm to take part in the afternoon parade in Walt Disney World and likes to meet his fans in parks around the world. Please don't mind that he might arrive late at his meet and greet location and leave early.
