Background
Sparky is known as experiment 221 on his planet. Like the other experiment he was created by Jamba and created a lot of trouble for him here, on earth. Ultimately Stitch gave Sparky the job of powering the Kilauea Lighthouse and he has been residing there ever since leaving his posts for some rare appearances at Disney Parks in Tokyo and Paris.

- Giving Sparky a hug can give you a static shock and make your hair look funny. Better be warned.
