Background
Felix is a neat freak experiment by Jumba Jookiba. He is not as evil as the other experiments and even deals well with society. His latest work is as a Janitor in Lilo’s school. He was featured in the movie Leroy and Stitch and then appeared in the Stitch TV series. He has since made special appearances in Tokyo and Paris for special events.
