Background

Dr. Jumba Jookiba is a major character in Disney's 2002 animated feature film Lilo and Stitch. He is a self-proclaimed evil genius responsible for the creation of the infamous Experiment 626, better known as Stitch. He was born on planet Kweltikwan. There he created a series of illegal genetic experiments, but was eventually banished as a result.
