The Royal Gathering is an opportunity to meet a collection of Royal Characters (Princesses or Queens) at one single event on Disney Cruise ships.
Usually you'll meet about four characters one after the other, for a quick interaction and photo.
This event usually takes place on sea days only and requires pre-booking (though free). It books up very quickly and is normally only available to book prior to sailing.
Disney doesn't confirm which characters you'll meet in advance. It's also best to check the Disney Cruise Line app or Personal Navigators for the location for the specific cruise.
