His pants are now loose-fitting and blue compared to tighter before, with one patch on the right knee (multple patches before).

His orange shirt is shortened, revealing his belly with suspenders underneath. His hat is changed to another shade of green with a yellow band. The gloves become four-fingered

The bouncy headparts are removed, but the whiskers are still there.

In 1999, Goofy lost his eyelashes and got slightly smaller pupils.

The main thing of this redesign is again Goofy's head. His eyelids and jaw are made so they can bounce when Goofy moves his head.

The green fabric hat is replaced with a plastic one.

His shirt is orange with a yellow vest. This is unlike in cartoon where his vest is black, but it is done to look better in different backgrounds for photos.

Goofy's head is again redesigned to receive more fur pulling down his forehead, making him look more sleepy. He's also getting eyelashes for the first time.

His hat is now green without stripes, his shirt is red with an orange vest.

Goofy is getting a larger head, snout and nose.

His outfits is varied with a dark green hart with yellow and blue stripes. He's wearing a green-grey vest and blue pants.

This first appearance of Goofy sports a red shirt with black pants. The head is shaped with two teeth in the front. His snout is shaven, no whiskers. He's not wearing a hat.
